When the dose is given, just tear off the perforated tab for that month, and you know at a glance when the next dose is due.

How to Use:
- Place the tooktake label on the bottle or box of your required medication/supplement.
- In the space provided on the label, note the date of the month that you are giving the first dose.
- Each month, when you give the required dosage, just peel off the perforated tab that corresponds to the month.
- Know at a glance if you gave it or still need to give it.
Pro Tip: Not sure how tooktake will fit on the bottle? Try turning it sideways!
